Physiotherapy-at-Home now offers direct billing.
For those not registered for direct billing, your credit card will be charged and you will receive a receipt via email.
We can also mail you a paper receipt, if you prefer.

Before starting a customized treatment plan, your physiotherapist will first complete a comprehensive assessment.
All physiotherapy treatments are completely individualized and may include the following:

  • hands­-on therapy to reduce pain and improve flexibility and movement
  • home exercise programs
  • the use of electrotherapeutic treatments (ultrasound, interferential current, TENS)

We are also passionate about educating and empowering our clients to take control of their health and mobility.

  • We show how to safely and effectively use mobility aids such as canes and walkers
  • We educate our clients about their conditions and advise on proper posture, ergonomics, and home safety

Yes! Our licensed physiotherapists are trained and have experience in dealing with various ailments including: hip or knee replacement surgery,  fractures, joint replacement surgery and balance/mobility issues.

We also provide pelvic floor physiotherapy which focuses on pelvic floor dysfunction; helping women who are experiencing uro-gynecological problems and pelvic pain that is often related to weight lifting, menopause, pregnancy and labour.

Yes, we come fully equipped with all necessary treatment tools, such as ultrasound machines and physiotherapy equipment, depending on your condition and treatment plan.

We accept credit card payment from Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Your credit card information will be stored on our secure payment processing site.

Your physiotherapist will complete a comprehensive assessment and develop an individualized treatment program.

In-home physiotherapy treatment may include the following:

  • manual therapy (hands­-on treatment to reduce pain and improve movement)

  • implementation of a home exercise program

  • application of electrotherapeutic modalites (ultrasound, interferential current, TENS)

  • instruction on safe use of mobility aids as necessary (canes, walkers)

  • education on your condition, proper posture, ergonomics, and home safety

All treatment plans are completely individualized to each client. We come to you, and provide all services in your own home, residence or other location.

First Physiotherapy Assessment & Treatment

  • $150.00 (approx. 60 minutes)

Follow-up Physiotherapy Treatment

  • Cost: $140.00

Insurance Coverage

Employee Health Plans:
Our Physiotherapy services are covered by most Extended Health Plans.

Veteran’s Affairs Canada:
Canadian veterans are eligible for physiotherapy coverage.

WSIB/OHIP:
Unfortunately, our services are not covered by WSIB or OHIP.

Physiotherapy at Home was founded by Toronto physiotherapist, Caitlin Wright. She has well over 15 years experience in both clinical and home care settings. Caitlin is also a busy mom and wife, and enjoys gardening, reading, and enjoying an active lifestyle.

Our licensed physiotherapists provide in home physiotherapy and come to your home, retirement home or care facility in most Toronto neighbourhoods. We service:

Etobicoke and West Toronto including High Park, Bloor West Village, Junction Triangle, The Kingsway and Mississauga.

Central and North Toronto including Midtown, Rosedale, The Annex, York Mills, Forest Hill and more.

East York and West Scarborough including The Beaches, Leaside and Riverdale.

We also service several areas in the GTA including Markham, Thornhill and Richmond Hill. To the east, we provide service in Pickering and Ajax.
